I have a little bit of time but I like to take it. So I’m efficient and do many things in the same time in the shower (the only place where nobody disturbs me!): mask, scrubs etc.

Hair

My shampoos and conditioners are from Korres. It’s a Greek brand that I have recently discovered.

Sport

I love to try different Spas and I have few on my list: Échappée and O’kari.

In terms of sport it’s running with my children everywhere for the moment!

The only sport I did seriously in Paris: palms classes in Pontoise.

My parfums

L’Eau triple à la Tubéreuse of Buly. It doesn’t contain alcohol and I wear it in summer.

In winter I wear Musc Blanc from Santa Maria Novella.

Manicures and pedicures

I take care of my hands by myself but for pedicures I go to Eve Manicure. I have an impression to be in a salon in New York, I love the atmosphere there. The address can be found below.

My anti-stress recipe

I go to bed early, sleeping is the key!
