My Beauty Routine

In the evening I cleanse my face with Créaline Bioderma, then I apply the Biologique Recherche lotion P50W, floral water and a night cream. I alternate. I really like Clarins or Sisley products.

In the morning I apply a rose organic lotion, then my Biologique Recherche lotion P50W. Then I apply the Serum Filorga or the one of Estelle & Thild Biodéfense Multi-Nutrient Youth Oil. I also apply a Sothy’s cream and an eyes cream Chanel.

I alternate serums with the Orchid Oil from Clarins.

I often use scrubs, always those from Estelle&Thild brand that I love. I use Biocleanse, Radiance Micro Polish.

Makeup

It’s pretty new to me and I can’t do it without it anymore! I like the idea of taking care of myself, a little bit like a gift I offer to myself.

I apply a foundation on the T zone, either Chanel or Shue Uemura, then an Armani concealer, a “beige” powder from Chanel: it never gets dry. I finish with the cheeks – I apply the High Lighter from Dior or Benefit to add a little sparkle and a little bit of Nars blush.

I love red lipsticks. They are everywhere at my place!

It doesn’t matter if it’s summer or not, I’m a huge fan of self-tanning products, and after trying many of them, I stay loyal to the one of Dior, the gel-crème Eclat Naturel. It’s my twice a week secret.

My hair

I use Philip Kingsley or David Mallet products, especially David’s serum that is amazing.

Once a year I make a Keratine treatment for my dry hair.

And I just discovered Morocanoil products, especially their repair mask.

My perfums

Chanel’s Coromandel. I stay faithful.

Sport

I see my personal coach twice a week and when I have a little bit of courage, I do some yoga exercises too.

And I also took mindful meditation classes. I do 15-minutes sessions at home, twice or three times a week. I use audio of Jon Kabat-Zinn. Just like jogging or writing, it’s a real discipline.
