My beauty routine

I apply a cream that my mother ( a real fan of beauty subject) advised me to buy, called Facial Lotion C20, my ‘lifting’ in everyday life. I am loyal to it for 10 years now!

Then I apply an eye contour serum Clinique Smart that my sister gave to me and a Ducray Ithyane cream.

I start my make-up with a black underliner, then I use a Sephora brush for lashes and apply Saint Laurent (Effet faux cils) or Armani (Eyes to Kill) mascara.

I apply Terracotta on my skin (straight after my cream so that it would stay longer), then By Terry Blush Expert and if I fancy having a lipstick, then it’s Chanel’s Lune Rousse.

In the evening I often apply Revitalash– a real magic for the eyelashes growth ! – then I put Phytic Cream night cream that I buy at a pharmacy. I put Elizabeth Arden’s lipstick and use Kiehl’sbody cream for my hands. The last one was recommended by Garance Doré and is the most effective I have tested by now.

For my body I try to regularly apply Bioderma Atodem Intensive. But I must confess it’s pretty random…

Hair

Nothing special because I am lucky to have healthy hair. My hairdresser is always David Mallet.

My perfumes

The same for 20 years: Réminiscence’s Musc.

Sport

I see a coach twice a week. What really makes the difference is that I have an appointment with someone: in one year I have just missed my classes once. His contact details are in my address book below.

An emergency diet to fit into my jeans

A mono-diet for one or two days: 3 meals with apples and carrots in all its forms. Super effective!

And I have also tried something crazy: a detox in Vercors twice a week after my pregnancy. Against all odds it is not that difficult. You can find the address below.

Sport. Since I do it regularly, I am much more zen.
