Beauty Routine

In the morning and in the evening I clean my face with Uriage micellar water Thermale. Then I apply face cream Bioderma, Soin intense purifiant.

In matter of make-up, I always start with  Erborian's CC Cream.

I am loyal to Guerlain, especially for their Terracota and their lipstick collection G with a mirror: such a brilliant idea!

For the look it’s Benefit: Mascara They’re Real and Speed Brow gel for eyebrows.
From time to time I use Algenist's scrub and Caudalie’s purifying mask.

For body

I do nothing for the body, I know, that’s not so good! Except in the summer when I use Uriage’s nourishing cream Suppléance Corps.

But I take care of my hands thanks to a manicurist that comes home (you can find her in my address list below).

For hair

I regularly sleep with Bain Satin mask that nourish my dry hair.

I am loyal to my hairdresser Sandro Avenue de la Grande Armée. He’s a real magician for haircuts, colors, hairstyles and even evening make-ups!

Perfumes

I wear Guerlain’s Oriental Brûlant for 6 or 7 years.

Sport

I take Zumba classes once or twice a week with my friends. It’s OUR moment!

I also do yoga with my son and a teacher that comes home. It’s great.

And I really want to try Pilates. I have a friend who has just opened a center and I dream of having a subscription there.

My anti-stress recipe

A great evening with friends or a board game with my son and my husband!

My products of the moment

I’m a real fan of Erborian, a Korean brand and I have just discovered their Herbal Energy Lotion Mist.

A relaxing mask that I leave the whole night, called GlamGlow, I buy it at Sephora.
