My beauty routine

I always start my morning with a stretching (it’s because of my classical dance years!), a little spritz of floral water and a moisturizer (I’m not loyal to any in particular). Right now it’s Rose Sanoflore.

I use more and more organic brands and products, for example Guerlain and Esthederm.

I almost never put make-up, just a little bit of mascara (right now it’s Dior Show), a gloss and the Orgasm blush from Nars, especially for its name!

In general I like Armani’s mascaras and glosses but I have just discovered Rodin gloss from Colette, a marvel.

In the evening, I use Yves Rocher’s Bi-phased organic cleanser, it’s a really good product. Then Créaline Lotion from Bioderma.

For the body

Yoga at Tigre-Yoga or at Hélène Duval.

I discovered yoga 5 years ago thanks to a friend and I can’t live without it anymore. It becomes a real lifestyle.

I also swim at the Trianon Palace or cycle.

And I love walking, I try to do everything on foot in Paris, even if it’s wih high heels most of the time!

I test a spa once a month. My favorite ones: Hôtel Costes, Les Cinq Mondes or Le Six Senses.

For hair

I use Khiehl’s olive oil shampoo and the prickly pear mask from Christophe Robin and ofteon the oil from Morrocanoil.

My hairdresser – David Mallet – I am loyal to him. He takes care of everything: the color and the cut.

I also do my manicure there – you should ask for Laurence there.

My perfumes

Frédéric Malle Carnal Flower and for some time I also test new perfumes. I just tried the new Chanel’s perfume: Jersey.

In the summer I wear those of Santa Maria : Novella Aqua di Gigli or the one with vanilla.

An emergency diet to get into a dress

I do not eat anymore and drink a lot of tea!
