Beauty routine

I start my day with a lemon juice. I don’t know if it makes you more beautiful but I became totally addicted to it at this point that I always have one in my travel bags!

Then I apply a moisturizer La Prairie with protection or Embryolisse, a BB Garnier’s cream in winter and Terracotta. When I have 30 seconds more, I put a mascara. These days I like L’Oréal’s False Lash Wings Inteza.

I never do face treatments but have a subscription to Atelier du sourcil.

In the evening, it’s a Solution Micellaire from Bioderma and a good book!

For body

A Décléor dry oil or body lotion Clarins every morning.

When I can I have a massage at Lanqui Spa. I have tried many massages but now I only go there: the masseuses are amazing there and they only speak Chinese, so it’s easy to relax, to clear mind and to dream of elsewhere… 500 meters from home. And in addition, it’s not too expensive.

For hair

I go once or twice par year to John Nollet’s salon at Park Hyatt. My sister given me there a cut for my 30’s birthday and I have been loyal to them since. And Christophe Robin’s blueberry shampoos and conditioners.

Perfumes

Guerlain’s vanilla juices or those of Labo, but since my pregnancies I wear less and less perfums.

Sport

Two hours of pilates at Olivia Florin and Neuilly’s swimming pool (or the one at Puteaux) every Sunday with children. Swimming is my anti-stress recipe.
