Morning & Evening

In the morning I apply La Prairie face cream.

In the evening I clean my face with Sisley water. Then I apply the rose oil from Sisley or a Kiehl’s night serum. And La Prairie’s eye cream.

When I have time, I put a Sisley rose mask or Cattier clay mask.

And every six weeks I offer myself a facial treatment from the Institute La Prairie. This is my luxury moment!

Make-up

During a day I put just a little bit of make-up. A little bit of Touche éclat from Yves Saint Laurent and Chanel’s or Bourgeois’s blush. Not to mention Homeoplasmine for the lips.

When I go out I put the make-up on my eyes or lips. But I prefer eyes so that I can drink, eat and kiss! I love having this vamp look with Hypnôse Doll mascara from Lancome and Guerlain’s shadows.

For the body

I use an Argan oil that I get from Morocco. When I feel like having a Spa then I go to les Cent Ciels in Paris. I find their hammam crazy!

Shape

I go everywhere by bike and it’s my daily sport. I also have a training classes at Klay. I have been always a sport maniac. It’s very important to me.

Important for the physical side but also for the mental. And it allows me to continue eating sausages and wearing jeans that I like!

For hair

I use Opalis’ products that can be found online. And I also do some treatments by myself, like for example a mixture of rosemary oil, jojoba and Mythic oil from L’Oréal.

Twice a year I go for Oenobiol treatments. And I love my Tokyo treatment from David Mallet: really moisturizing. My hair is transformed!

My perfume

Santa Maria Novella : Melograno. Long before this brand was in Paris, I was already using the perfume.

Manucure

I take a great manicure in the neighborhood of my shop. Its name can be found in the addresses below.

My anti-stress recipe

Do what I have to do directly: I hate procrastination.

And I “reward” myself by offering myself small gifts!
