MY MORNING ROUTINE

I'm fan of a brand : Tata Harper.

I use : the Regenerating Cleanser Cleaner. Then I put the Repairative Moisturizer.

I also like very much the face oil. 

And three times a week I clean my skin with the "Detox Brightening Fizzy Powder Wash" of the brand NUDE. A great product.

MY EVENING ROUTINE

I clean my face again with the Regenerating Cleanser.

And I put the sérum Bio of the japanese brand V10 Plus.

TO KEEP IN GOOD SHAPE

I work with a coach twice a week (to find in my addresses below) and I do yoga.

MY HAIR ROUTINE

Obviously I only use products of my brand : ONIRA ORGANICS ! I try to do the least blow-dries possible and to let my hair air-dry.

In summer to protect them, I put my oil.

A RECIPE ANTI-STRESS

A nice glass of white or red Bourgogne !

A BEAUTY OBSESSION

Hair and skin ; that is why I make up the least possible. I even take « detox » cures in which I spend a month or more putting nothing on my face.

AN EMERGENCY DIET

Cold-pressed juices . And in a general way I eat macrobiotic : vegetables, fruits and seeds.

MY PERFUME

I wanted to be « nose ». So I am passionate about perfumes.

Mine is La Plume of Jeanne de Lanvin.
