BEAUTY

MY ROUTINE  

I only use pharmaceutical products : Avène, Klorane and for my face La Roche Posay.   

I like to stay simple, I don't spend so much time on beauty things. I prefer doing sport. 

MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS 

A foundation Lancôme Teint Idol or Darphin  

A BB cream from the Korean brand LaNeige 

A fortifying mascara Sisley

Eye shadow Laura Mercier

My fragrance "Les nuits d'Izu" from Keiko Mecheri 

POUR LE CORPS  

I use Roger et Gallet products bought in pharmacy. 

I do Tibetan massage in a very nice place to find in my addresses below.  And when I can, I go to the Molitor pool spa.   

HAIRS  

I keep my hair cut because it's more practical : I don't have the time for the brushings! For the cut it's Laurent of Alexandre de Paris. For the color it's Biguine.       

TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE   

Sport is essential to my balance since everywhere. I do yoga, I swim, I run.

AN ANTI-STRESS RECEIPE  

A yoga lesson. I am registered in several clubs to be sure to have a lesson when I am available. You can find those clubs in my addresses below.
