IN A FEW WORDS
First of all, I would say that my style is classic and comfortable : I prefer beautiful materials and beautiful cuts. I think I am the opposite of a “fashion addict”, I like the idea that a cloth might stay with me for years.
I wear a lot of colours except when I don’t have any inspiration. If someone sees me wearing navy blue or black, it means I’m not having a good day! Most of time I wear 7/8 trousers (Zara, Gap, Prada) or flare jeans (Citizens of Humanity ou 7 for all Mankind) that I wear with men’s shirts. I love those of Martin Margiela and all kids of white shirts (those of Charvet made of an Egyptian cotton are the best for me, or those of Ralph Lauren).
I love cashmere. For sweaters, my favorite brands are Richard Grand, Malo, Calypso. And I also wear stoles, even in summer (they are brought back from my trips).
I love also summer coats (my favorite brands are Dries Van Noten for its prints or Marni for its perfect cuts) and leather jackets that I collect (Jill Sander, Marni or Zara).
My ‘eccentricity’ can be found in jewelry that I choose either costume and ethnic (Zara, Baby Buddha, Nadia Dafri), or precious but always old that I found at Dary’s.
For shoes, I’m most of the time in Lobo ballerinas that I buy in Spain, in sllepers from Bow – Tie (I love their skull model) or those velvet gondoliers I buy in Venetia. I also like moccasins (Tod’s or Ferragamo) and in winter I rarely leave my Prada derbies or my Sartore boots.
For going out I don’t really like very high heels and I choose “real” shoes instead to be able to dance all night. My favorites one are Manolo Blahnik, Sergio Rossi, Jimmy Choo or Zanotti.
My bags are just like my jewelry: Either I choose original and ethnic ones (often Jamin Puech), or I choose vintage objects (Hermès, Fendi).
